Managing Partner
MR. M. Sivalingam
A hard-working and passionate personal completed engineering and law degree, but has been an ardent worker right from 10 years of age. He started his first company ULTRA POWER SYSTEM in 2000. In 2002, started selling computers, FMCG products and health supplements, satisfying more than 1000+ happy customers. He started a partnership real estate counsulting company named FORTUNE PROPERTIES, selling buying and leasing properties for 9 years. In 2012 started his own property counsulting company V DEAL PROPERTIES satisfying over 3000 customers with approximately 4000 crore worth of deals since then.
